Corporate Coaching for Individual Leaders

Designed for focused work with a single individual within the organisation as part of their own personal development, this package is subject to a free 30-minute chemistry call with the individual, to ensure they are comfortable working with me. 

    • An opening 60-minute session exploring both the individual’s and company’s goals for the coaching programme, to establish an agreed approach that supports the individual and sets them up for success.

    • Completion of my DISC assessment tool, providing an in-depth report and a 60-minute session to run through the insights into the individual’s personality and communication style, strengths, and preferences, which will support our coaching work in understanding areas that may be contributing to your situation - and methods that can be deployed to strengthen the individual’s leadership style.

    •  6x 90-minute one-on-one coaching sessions focused on the steps needed to achieve the goals set and agreed upon within the initial session.

    • Further sessions can be added in blocks of 6 to facilitate longer or more complex goals.

Team Coaching

Every team is different – in makeup, size, the stage relationships are at and the effectiveness of the people as a group. My team coaching package is therefore bespoke, and based upon the needs and objectives identified by your company because one size does not fit all.

    • Completion of my DISC assessment tool, provision of an in-depth report, and a 60-minute session to run through the personality and communication insights for each individual within the team – because understanding yourself and your colleagues is the key to team success

    • A collective session focusing on the importance of maximising the strengths each individual brings to the table, and identifying how variances in the team should be seen as differences that bring strength, not a difficulty.

    • The specific design of the package for your company will vary based on what you want to achieve, and will likely include group coaching sessions around thematic areas, effective teamwork or objectives set for the team.

Group Coaching
